The Model 600 Sheeting & Scoring Line is a continuous dough sheet forming production line. The total length of the complete line is 11.9 meters, with a conveyor belt width of 600 mm. It covers the full continuous process: dough feeding, rolling and thinning, folding and laminating, edge trimming, slitting, picking and collecting.
This line is suitable for continuous sheeting and laminating forming of bread, puff pastry and various fermented doughs. It replaces manual rolling with an automated production line to achieve uniform dough sheet thickness, stable layers and predictable production capacity.

1 Month+1. Custom 600 Dough Feeder – accepts large bulk relaxed dough, spreads it evenly onto the conveyor belt to provide stable feeding for the sheeting section.
2. Sheeting Unit / 600mm – multiple sets of sheeting rollers with progressively reduced gaps to continuously roll and thin the thick dough.
3. Main Sheeting Machine / 600mm – equipped with liftable folding guide frame. The dough sheet is folded back and forth and laminated on the wide mesh belt. Layers and width can be adjusted according to the process.
4. Cutter – rotary disc knives for edge trimming and longitudinal slitting of dough sheet, delivering neat cutting edges.
5. Cutting Table – cross-cutting of the slit dough sheet to obtain dough sheets with regular dimensions.
6.Picking Station – independent working station for dough sheet sorting, picking and transferring to the next process.
